CHICAGO, December 31, 2018 (Newswire.com) - They’re at it again! Chicago personal injury law firm LegalRideshare is offering to reimburse Uber and Lyft rides on New Year’s Eve 2019.
The lawyers of LegalRideshare – the only law firm entirely dedicated to protecting those injured in Uber and Lyft accidents – hopes to reduce drunk driving over the holiday.
LegalRideshare attorney Bryant Greening said the law firm sees an uptick in accidents and injuries around the holidays. “We want people to make the smart decision to limit their exposure to impaired driving,” Greening said. “If you need a ride home, we don’t want 20 bucks altering the course of your life.”
LegalRideshare will reimburse fares up to $20.19/person, for rides taken between 5:00 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2018, and 9:00 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2019. To be eligible for reimbursement, riders must submit their names, phone numbers, current mailing addresses, and screenshots of their rideshare receipt to NYE2019@LegalRideshare.com by noon on Jan. 1, 2019. The offer is limited to one reimbursement per person. Multiple people cannot collect reimbursement for the same fare. The offer applies only to Uber and Lyft rides starting and ending in the State of Illinois. The promotion is limited to the first 2,019 properly submitted and eligible entries.
